Electrician
Seeking a high energy, detail-oriented Electrician to work independently and as a team member in our Maintenance Services Department. You must have your WA 01, 02, or 7B Electrician license and 6 years of experience to be considered for this position. You will also be expected to do general maintenance work at times depending on the needs of the department so you must have a general maintenance background as well as electrical experience.

SUMMARY The Electrician installs, maintains, and repairs electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in residential buildings. Ensures that work is done in accordance with relevant codes and performs related work as required. The Electrician will also be a resource for the department depending on business operation needs. to perform general maintenance work.

Senior Multi-Family Property Accountant
Seeking a high energy, detail-oriented professional Senior MF Property Accountant with a minimum of 2-3 years direct Multi-Family accounting and supervisory experience, including client interaction, to join our growing team! Within 12 months, a successful candidate would be promoted to Accounting Manager.

SUMMARY The Senior Multi Family Property Accountant is responsible for the accounting functions related to client owned Multi-Family properties. Responsible for processing, reviewing, analyzing, and recording property and portfolio related operating data for assigned properties.
